Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition. This apply only for the orders that have not been personalized according to customer specification. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at helpdesk@3dcarry.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refund and Dispute Policy
Refunds will be issued for eligible returns once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return policy criteria. Refunds are processed within 3 days. In case of a dispute or concern, please contact us immediately at helpdesk@3dcarry.com. We aim to resolve all disputes promptly and amicably.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24h of placement, provided they have not yet prepared or shipped. If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us at helpdesk@3dcarry.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased comply with all local laws and regulations, including any restrictions on the possession or use of the items in their country or region. We cannot ship to locations where our products are prohibited by law.
